Supplemental Provision – Philippines

This Philippine Supplemental Provision (the “Supplement”) supplements the Citi Authenticator Global Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) and applies solely to individuals who have rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”) (“data subject” or “you”). Where there is a conflict between the Supplement and the Privacy Notice, the terms of this Supplement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Nothing in the Privacy Notice or this Supplement limits or seeks to limit your rights under the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.
Retention of Personal Information
We also store Personal Information for as long as necessary to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance/policy obligations.
Your Data Privacy Rights
Subject to certain limitations provided under the DPA and in addition to the rights enumerated in the Privacy Notice, you have the right to damages and data portability. Your rights as data subject are transmissible to your lawful heirs and assigns in case of death or incapacity. You acknowledge that exercising your rights may affect your use or access of the App.

Changes to the Privacy Notice
From time to time, we may revise the Privacy Notice including this Supplement. You can tell when we last updated the Privacy Notice by checking the date at the beginning of the Notice. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Notice on the App. If you do not agree to the changes, please contact us to have the information you submitted removed from our records.
