If you feel that your data has not been handled correctly Citi, or you are not comfortable with Citi’s response or have concerns regarding the use of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in Japan where the alleged infringement of data protection under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (Law No. 57 of 2003, as amended from time to time).
