Supplemental Provisions (Applicable to China Users)

You understand and consent to the Privacy Notice with respect to the Personal Information collected by Citi via the App, and you acknowledge that:

1. If the terms and conditions set out in this China Supplemental Provisions conflict with the other provisions of the Citi Authenticator App Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions in this China Supplemental Provisions shall take precedence.

2. Without approval of the competent organ of the People's Republic of China, Citi will not provide personal information stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China to foreign judicial organs or law enforcement agencies.

3. The legal basis for processing Personal Information of you are listed under the Employee Personal Information Protection Policy of Citibank (China) Co., Ltd, or Employee Personal Information Protection Policy of Citigroup Services and Technology (China) Ltd (Section2.2).
